What time can I check in?

From 3 p.m. onwards.

If you would like to check in before 3 p.m., please contact our reception desk. They will note your request for a 12:00 noon check-in, subject to availability.

If you wish to check out later, please inform our reception staff, who will note your request and check whether a 12:00 noon check-out can be offered.

Subject to availability, you may check out until 6 p.m. upon payment of €25 for the Aparthotel and €35 for the village. You may check whether this service is available free of charge among your privileges as a member of our club.

Yes, at check-in, the receptionist will ask you to pay €90 for studios and apartments / €150 for villas, which is a deposit to cover any damage to the accommodation upon your departure. Please remember that the kitchen must be tidy and clean (including kitchenware) and all rubbish must be removed. Otherwise, €50 of the deposit will be charged. If you are entitled to a refund of the deposit, this will be made within a maximum of 72 hours.

Apart from Easter week and the summer season, our accommodation accepts pets for an additional charge of €8 per night per animal. IMPORTANT! The rules of coexistence established in the accommodation must be respected.

  • It is forbidden to play loud music, shout, bang on doors or furniture, drag chairs, etc.
  • It is forbidden to run, play or shout in the corridors.
  • It is forbidden to overcrowd the accommodation; if you combine two flats into one, we ask you to be as discreet as possible in terms of noise.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments; you may smoke on the balconies and terraces.
  • People who show signs of intoxication, who are consuming drugs or narcotic substances, or who display violent behaviour will be asked to leave our premises.
  • After 1:00 a.m., in the event of causing a disturbance and/or failing to follow the instructions of our staff, we reserve the right to evict you from the flat without any possibility of a refund.
  • For the peace of mind and safety of your pet and other guests, please follow these instructions when staying with your pet:
  • Your pet must remain with its owners during its stay at the accommodation and must not disturb other guests by barking.
  • Your pet must be kept on a leash in common areas and has restricted access to the garden area.
  • For your pet’s comfort upon arrival, you will find a complimentary bone, two bowls (for food and water) and a blanket in your accommodation. You can request extra sheets so that your pet can use the beds and/or sofa.
  • For your pet’s peace of mind, the room will not be cleaned while your pet is inside unaccompanied by its owner.
  • The owner is responsible for any damage or destruction caused by their pet beyond the cleaning of the room. Additional charges may be applied to the card in the event that the pet causes a mess, damage to furniture or hygiene problems.

Yes, it is also included in the price to have it changed twice a week for long stays.

Yes, but it must be requested at reception and returned at the time of check-out. There is no charge.

Yes, it has all the necessary utensils for preparing and consuming food in it.

Only the kitchens in the houses have an oven.

Yes, the Aparthotel provides waste sorting bins on every floor. In the houses, waste is collected by our cleaning department or you can use the outdoor bins.

Yes, there is a public car park with over 150 free spaces in front of the Aparthotel, and guests staying at the Village can park right outside the door.

Yes, both Aparthotel and Village have underground parking available at a cost of €5 per day. If you are a member of our club, please check your benefits for this service.

Yes, ENDESA has a charging point for electric cars in the public car park at our establishment.
