In winter, the peaceful pace invites you to explore Quermany, the rice fields, Montgrí, and charming villages such as Peratallada and Monells.
Nearby there are notable seaside destinations such as L’Estartit, with the Medes Islands, Begur and its coves, Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Palamós, Platja d’Aro, and the ruins of Ampurias in L’Escala. Just 45 minutes away, Girona surprises visitors with its old town, Jewish quarter, cathedral and colourful houses along the Onyar River.
