• Water, electricity, heating in winter air-conditioned in summer time, and TV (Satellite) are included on the price.
• Change of towels and sheets:
--Village: once per week
--Aparthotel: change of towels each two days, and sheets at the middle and at the end of the week.
• The client will be help responsible
for breakage, damage and articles missing in the inventory. That's the
reason why we ask a deposit of 125 euros for the Village and 70 euros
for the Aparthotel at all our guests. If there is something wrong in
the apartment please notify at reception staff within 24 hour of the
arrival.
• Apartments are available from 5 p.m. at arrival day and they
should be vacated before 10 a.m. at departure day.
• In July and August, arrivals and departures on Saturday.
• When the client make a reservation, will have deposited 40 %
of the total price. Any reservation will be considered definitive until
the deposit will be paid.
• The rest of the bill must be pay on the arrival day, when the
keys are hand in.
• If client have not paid a deposit
prior their arrival day, the reservation will be kept until 8:00 p.m.,
if client has to arrive later, has to inform to the reception for the
exact time of arrival.
